Orders can be made in person, or by direct contact through email, Facebook or Instagram message. Orders can be made by simply quoting the item(s) required or by downloading and filling out an order form.

Pickup can be arranged from Mernda or in local a public place in the surrounding suburbs. I can deliver to most areas, those which I regularly travel for free, or even further with a small additional fee. Delivery can be organised using Australia Post for distant or interstate orders with either standard or express delivery as needed.

While I do not specifically offer international shipping, it can be arranged. Please note that shipping costs can be quite high and shipping times lengthy, as I am based in Australia. Feel free to enquire for a quote.

In general, cement/concrete is very energy intensive to produce as it is needed in massive quantities for infrastructure and construction. For my purposes, one 20kg bag of cement is mixed with sand and gravel and may make around 200+ of my items. This will only use about 20-30 litres of water total, including mixing each batch, washing of equipment, as well as soaking and painting. 

Unlike other statue materials, concrete is strong, long-lasting, safe in the garden and easily recyclable into new casting batches. With all crafting projects, materials and packaging are recycled as much as possible.

Most items offered for sale can be customised in many ways. Firstly, please make contact via email or Facebook messenger requesting the item(s) you would like customised, and what you would like as the final product. Once agreed upon, an estimated timeframe can be given, and a price can be quoted. 

Please specify if the item is needed very quickly such as a gift, so it can be prioritised as I may be working on multiple customs. Full payment is made only after the item is finished and the client is satisfied. A deposit may be required where the item requires materials or equipment to be purchased specifically.
